Google Looking Into AMP Errors and AMP Pages Not Showing Up In the Search

Over the past couple of days, Google has been facing issues regarding showing the AMP pages in search results. The SEOs have been providing reports on various social media platforms around the publishers due to seeing the contents coming up in Google as AMP and then going missing. Also, Google has been providing updates about AMP errors to many of the websites through the Search Console.

Google’s John Mueller posted an update on Twitter this morning saying thank you to the SEOs and assuring them that the team at Google is looking into the matter.

In some of the cases, the published have posted a story and the AMP URL has come up in the Google Search for the Top Stories. After a couple of minutes, the AMP link has turned into a normal link in the Google search results. Then again, things have gone back to normal after a couple of hours. Many of the experts have opined that it seems like a delay in the indexing process, but, when it comes to News and AMP, that should not be happening. However, the issue in this case lies with Google and there is nothing that you can do.
