Google rolled out the new redesigned keyword planner tool which is now available in the new AdWords experience and look and feel. This was reported a month back, but only last week, Google announced it on Google+.

Google has revised their help document and added new features to help advertisers to glean more data from their search campaigns.
New features such as the ability to add keywords in bulk and get an overview of forecasts in one place have been included. You can still see the old version tool if you’re not using the new AdWords design and experience.
