John Muller from Google settled the uncertainty over such anomaly by saying that Google no longer employs survey data, ratings, opinions, stars etc. of their organic ranking factors.
Webmaster hangout video on the 24:43 minute mark, Muller told that they don’t use the content that they see in surveys as a ranking factor. The main reason behind this is that they don’t know the scale of the ratings, if one star is better than 5 or 10, etc.
